Our hot water heater stopped working & another company was not able to identify the problem. Jack and Jerry came over to look into the problem & were undeterred by the location of our exhaust vent. Jack was patient & thorough & resolved the problem for both condo units that were impacted by the birds nests. The Niezgodski employees did an outstanding job working as a team to resolve the issue & installed measures to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend Jack & Jerry!
